Hi, I’m Caitlyn Weiman, and my goal is to make buying or selling your property as straightforward and pleasant as possible!

I always knew I wanted to do something with real estate. I started out by working for a local mortgage broker in Denver, but found that working more with numbers than people wasn’t what I was looking for. So I went off to get my real estate broker associate license, and now I get to work with and for people, rather than banks. I am able to use my knowledge from my previous position as a mortgage processor’s assistant in order to prepare buyers for the requirements (and jumping through hoops!) it takes to get a loan in today’s market.

I’ve been a Realtor® for 10 years, now. I’ve worked in downtown Denver’s condo-based market, Buena Vista’s land, farm, and small-town atmosphere, and also the middle ground of the Denver Metro area’s suburbs (including Broomfield, Brighton, Westminster, Thornton, Arvada, Aurora, Centennial, Littleton, and Castle Rock). This wide variety of learning environments has made me knowledgeable about many types of deals and details, including well types, mineral rights, HOAs and covenants, as well as zoning and easements. I’m also a Certified Military Residential Specialist (CMRS), which means I have been trained on how to best help our active duty and veterans find and qualify for their home.
In addition, I have been working with investors since 2015, ranging from wholesalers and flippers to landlords (both big and small!). If you are an investor, I would love to help you find a project which reflects the ROI you desire. I am great at finding the right properties with potential, and only send you properties which can meet your goals. In 2022, I joined Lark + Co as their employing broker.

Lark + Co has been designed as an investor-centric brokerage which aims to streamline the real estate investing process. In addition to working with experienced investors, we are excited to educate and encourage new investors and provide them with unique opportunities to get their feet wet in the real estate investing world. Kristin Johnson has been running the Lark + Co brand as a successful property management company for the last 2 years, and the time has come to expand into acquisitions, sales/exchanges, staging and furnishing. With the guidance of Joe Hettinger, a 20-year real estate investor, we have discovered the challenging points for our clients and intend to further expand to offer title insurance, property insurance, lending, and property renovations to simplify your investing experience.

We still love our traditional buyers and sellers, and will continue to be there for you for all aspects of your real estate needs. One of my favorite groups of people to work with is first-time homebuyers, so I absolutely want to hear from you and your friends and family when you need help! This will be an expansion of my services, rather than an entirely new focus.
